Hi - we're Together We!
A collaborative partnership between Maddy Scott and Melissa Shapiro, two ex-colleagues turned friends who are passionate about all things people development. We may live on opposite sides of the world, but we are very aligned in our love of coaching, training and helping people feel the best they can about what they’re doing.
We reached out to Together We to design a workshop for our frontline managers. To drive the change we need, the workshop had to be customized for our unique business and full of practice, coaching, and reflection to build skills and keep them sticky. Together We did a comprehensive needs assessment to learn all about us and what we were trying to achieve and then partnered closely with our team during the design and hand-off phases to make sure the end product was a success. Working with Together We was easily the best experience I have had working with a vendor - they are incredibly thoughtful, thorough, and able to balance their expertise with a deep appreciation for the client’s needs. They just “got it” and delivered a program that far exceeded the company’s expectations and enabled real performance improvement for our frontline managers.
